ERS is a young, dynamic consultancy created in April 2010 by Muriel Esposito. Unlike others, ERS does not claim to have “spotted a gap” in the market. But we have spent a lot of time thinking about what our clients value most.
So, in addition to solid research knowledge spanning a wide range of countries, techniques and disciplines, we guarantee flexibility, personal senior involvement and a pragmatic, commercial outlook.
We tend to partner our clients using a range of approaches and tools, often in combination, and we can work on parts of a project or manage the full end-to-end process.
Equally comfortable with qualitative or quantitative work, we conduct all of our analyses, including advanced statistics, in house. We’re independent, so if we need to subcontract any aspect of your work, we will always be upfront about it and only work with subcontractors that you are happy with.
We are members of the MRS and in the Independent Consultants Group.

Company founder Muriel Esposito has over 25 years of research experience tackling a wide range of business issues across markets and techniques.
A strategic thinker, Muriel has explored the many facets of innovation and customer understanding for clients spanning breakfast, confectionery, beverages, household goods, telecom, education and financial services.
Fluent in French and Spanish, Muriel holds a BA (Hons) in European Business Administration and is a member of the MRS.
Team members have equally impressive CVs, with skills ranging from running conflict groups to managing 10+ country projects.
